Do I need a lawyer to assist with a TPD Claim?

How long do TPD claims take?

Are there any time limits for TPD claims?

In most cases, there is a six-year time limit to file court proceedings and this period commences when a fund or insurer rejects your claim for the first time. This is not always the case, so it is important to seek legal advice as soon as possible to ensure your rights are protected.

Do you charge a percentage of a settlement?
